New Braunfels is a City in The US State Texas. It is named in German where Braunfels Means "Brown Rock". It is a city in "Comal and Guadalupe" counties. Rule #1:-  No Double Tubes Allowed on Comal River. You know what it means? it means that you can't take tubes which are larget then 5ft on diameter.

Rule #2:-  No Jump From the bridges or trees

Rule #3:-  No Volume Drinking devices
